FIVE WAYS TO USE OUR CBD PRODUCTS

February 21, 2021

With all the great research being released on the many benefits of CBD oil, you probably have at least a few questions about the various CBD products available for use and their effects. Trying something for the first time can seem a bit daunting, and you may not know how to begin. So let us help; here are a few examples of ways to use our CBD products.

TIPS FOR USING OUR CBD PRODUCTS

1) A MORNING - OR ANYTIME - WAKE UP

"Don't talk to me until I've had my coffee!" If that sounds like something you'd say, you may be interested in Bulletproof coffee. Looking for more focus? This coffee contains high-efficiency bioflavonoids that intensify neuron firing in the brain, improving focus and cognitive function. If you're looking for more from your coffee than instant energy and better concentration, try adding our CBD infused MCT oil. MCT oil is an extraction from medium chain triglycerides. This odorless superfood can have positive effects for anyone looking to maintain a healthy weight or drop a few pounds. MCT helps boost metabolism and aids in fat burning. For you non-coffee drinkers, try adding MCT oil to salad dressings or dipping sauces.

2) JUST THE OIL, NO FRILLS:

You want to try CBD, but it took you years to develop the perfect coffee concoction and you're not ready to change it yet. Check out our tinctures. Hold a few drops of oil under your tongue for less than a minute to reduce anxiety or stress or to improve concentration.

3) GET YOUR BAKE ON:

"I hate the way fresh cookies baking in the oven smell," said no one, ever. What's better than double-fudge brownies or homemade chocolate chip cookies? The same baked goods with just a hint of our CBD isolate powder! Maybe you've heard of the calming, anxiety-relieving effects of CBD, but you're not feeling the idea of oil swishing around in your mouth. Add a little isolate powder to your baking ingredients to achieve the same results.

4) TO VAPE OR NOT TO VAPE:

Are you ready to give up smoking, or just want an added stress reliever? Our Stem, a hemp oil vaporizer system, may be what you're looking for.

5) TOPICAL TREATMENT:

Looking for a more natural treatment for common skin irritations? CBD users report positive results with topical treatments for acne. CBD works to heal acne-prone skin by combating sebum, an oil your body produces to help cool you off and moisturize dry skin. CBD, specifically, helps as sebum is an oil produced by fat. CBD is known to break down fats and works especially well in topical form when used as an acne treatment.

THC AND CBD ARE NOT THE SAME!

One of the most common reasons consumers fear trying CBD products for the first time is the thought that CBD (cannabidiol) and THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) are one in the same. The good news is, while they produce many of the same beneficial side effects, they are not the same.

Both THC and CBD react with your body's natural endocannabinoid system, releasing neurotransmitters in the brain. Neurotransmitters are responsible for cell communication. While THC and CBD both react in the same area of the brain and have very similar chemical makeup, they do not produce all of the same effects.

Unlike THC, CBD is not a psychoactive compound. Meaning, the use of CBD does not result in the "high" associated with THC. Once it binds with cannabinoid receptors in the brain, THC produces a euphoric, "high-like" state. CBD binds very differently to your brain's natural receptors, and can actually weaken the psychoactive effects of THC.
